- 1 cup fresh coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 1 cup fresh kale stemmed
- ¼ piece ripe avocado
- 2 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup of ice
Instructions
- Begin by processing the first 4 ingredients in a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on low speed for 5 seconds. Then, pulse it on high for another 5 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
