  • ¾ cup plain non-fat buttermilk preferably cold
  • pinch of vanilla bean paste or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh mint or basil leaves
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Process all the ingredients in a blender until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
