A citrus-infused version of the famous Caesar salad dressing! Best of all, it can be done in minutes using a high-powered blender! Pair it with some fresh romaine lettuce and shredded chicken breast for a wonderful and healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unrefined extra virgin avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 1 teaspoon organic spicy brown mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer to a mason jar or container with a tight-fitting lid, cover, and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve over salad and enjoy!

Notes

  • To make this recipe gluten-free and soy-free, replace Worcestershire sauce with an equal amount of balsamic vinegar or coconut liquid aminos.
