Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas sliced
  • 2 cup frozen strawberries sliced
  • 6 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  • Pulse together frozen bananas and strawberries in a food processor. Add protein powder and vanilla extract then pulse again.
  • Crank up the machine to high and add almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is well-blended and smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy! Or, transfer to a container (I use a parchment paper-lined loaf pan) and freeze for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to substitute protein powder with an equal amount of non-fat Greek yogurt for a healthier and more natural blend.
