green ginger extravaganza recipe

If you’re in search of a drink that’ll soothe your stomach, or perhaps, a beverage that’ll settle down your body after a long day at work, this Green Ginger Extravaganza Recipe is the one for you.

Ginger contains chemicals such as gingerol and shogaol, which helps in treating gastrointestinal problems. On top of that, they also help in reducing inflammation and nausea – morning sickness included!

Moreover, ginger also has muscle relaxant properties. Thus, it can also help you settle down after a busy day. As a bonus, it can also make you happier as it increases the serotonin levels, or what we address more as one of the “happy hormones.” Ginger is commonly used to help treat and reduce anxiety.

Thus, when ginger is combined with other healthy ingredients like lime, spinach, cucumber, apples, and celery, it creates a nutritional powerhouse that’s not only beneficial to our body and mind, but also to our taste buds.

Green Ginger Extravaganza

Amazing flavor that is amazingly delicious. This is a version of the original green drink popularized by Dr Oz. Many use a juicer to make their green juice, but you can also make this recipe using a high powered blender.

Notes

  • You will need a juicer for this recipe. But, if you don’t have a juicer, you may use the blender instead. All you’ve got to do is chop the ingredients smaller and pulse them in the blender. However, you will probably want to strain the mixture before drinking to make the texture smoother and more pleasant. Here is a video showing you how to strain the blend. You will need a strainer like this one and a mesh bag like this one.
